The following information is provided to assist you in managing your safety at the event:

 

• DO NOT come to this event if you are displaying the recognised symptoms of COVID-19.

• Please wash and / or sanitise your hands regularly.

• This event is held in open fields, for your own safety and comfort, visitors should have suitable clothing, worn or carried, and suitable footwear appropriate to the ground conditions and taking into account changes to the weather conditions.

• At no time should you enter areas that are fenced, roped or designated no entry to the general public, unless such permission is given by an event official.

• Children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult and not allowed to enter any restricted area. They should behave in such a manner so as not to endanger themselves or others.

• Anyone lost or found please report to a steward and go directly to the entrance (Lost Child Location).

• Should you be involved in any incident or have any safety concerns with the event, you must report the matter to the organiser or safety officer as soon as possible.

• First aid cover has been provided at this event. Should you require medical assistance please seek out the first aid post (6A) or ask a steward for assistance.

• Dogs are permitted at this event and must be kept on a lead under close control at all times. Please act responsibly and clear up after your pet.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in vehicles, especially in hot weather.
